The Scriptures teach us that as believers we should test the spirits, but also those who follow Jesus/Yeshua will know His voice( My Sheep know My voice and the voice of another they will not follow. see John 10:4-5) This word is not meant to scare anyone. In fact, it is to encourage those who listen to know that even though there are difficult times the Lord is there to help us in those times.
I must obey the Lord and speak what He has told me to speak. I understand that these are warnings to prepare people to pray, and repent.
